Flutter is an open-source, multi-platform mobile SDK which can be used to build iOS and Android apps with the same source code. Flutter is full of feature sets, but it’s definitely not perfect yet. There are some important features lacking in Flutter, like OpenGL, Maps, Video support and Accessibility support. Flutter also lacks some packages required for development. There is no support for editing the layout like with interface builder. Flutter seems to be totally different from all the other cross-platform solutions. Futter apps look native and slick just like the native apps.
